Anionic Polyacrylamide
Anionic Polyacrylamide
Description:
Anionic Polyacrylamide is a water-soluble high molecular polymer. Since its molecular chain contains several absorption and polar groups, it can build a bridge between particles by absorbing the suspected solid particles in water and condense particles into big flocs by neutralizing electrical charge.
Therefore, Anionic polyacrylamide has the effect of accelerating solid-liquid separation, promoting filtration, etc. It is mainly used in flocculation and sedimentation of various industrial and domestic sewage, sedimentation and air flotation, sludge concentration and sludge dehydration.
In addition, we also produce instant soluble Anionic Polyacrylamide which can be used as the resistance reducing agent and sand suspending agent in shale gas’s fracturing fluids. The modified Anionic Polyacrylamide can also be used as the building mortar additives which has excellent performance with salt and degradation resistance properties and improving rheological properties of cement mortar.
Specifications:

Application:
This series Anionic Polyacrylamide has strong effect in flocculation, and it has functions in purification, clarification, sedimentation promotion, filtration promotion, thickening, and other aspects which make it can fulfill the requirement of several industries like wastewater treatment, liquid waste disposal, sludge thickening and dehydration, mineral separation, coal washing, and papermaking.
Characteristics:
1. Good solubility and can be easily dissolved even in cold water.
2. Add little can already achieve great flocculation effect. Generally, adding 0.01-10ppm (0.01~10g/m3) will bring a full effect.
3. Use our Anionic Polyacrylamide together with inorganic flocculants (poly-ferric sulfate, poly-aluminum chloride, poly-ferric chloride salts etc.) can achieve better effect.
4. For other industry such as oil fields, please select the appropriate method base on specific process conditions.
